Two hearts are better than one . . .

Incident on Lake & Hennepin (33 min. podcast)

Springsteen Podcast: A House Haunted: Two Slants on “My Father’s House” (32 min.)

Series of Dreams & What It Means (32 min.)

A Disclaimer: If you’re looking for the final Word on Dylan’s “Series of Dreams,” you might as well keep on keeping on to another joint.   There are many brilliant analysts who could add all sorts of insights, amendments, qualifiers, and so on to whatever we say about the song.   As with many Dylan songs that are riddles wrapped in mysteries inside enigmas, our slants on it are works-in-progress, to be continued indefinitely.  Just take what you need and the leave the rest.  And if you got your own two cents’ worth or more to share, add your own insights in the Comments section.  J.B.

  1. I don’t think I have ever been so ripped that I heard heat pipes coughing in a room that I was sitting or lying in, but his being ripped sure did produce a helluva a song

  2. His being ripped made for some stellar performances too. Check out Mr. Tambourine Man from March 3 of the blog to see what I mean. JB
